PVC EXTRUSION

Our company operates 14 PVC extrusion lines and 8 co-extruders capable of processing both rigid and flexible PVC.

We use high-quality materials that comply with European regulations, supplied by recognised manufacturers such as Solvay, Begra and INEOS. We also use internationally recognised tooling produced by German, Italian and Austrian companies.

More than 6,000 tonnes of plastic profiles are manufactured annually.

More than 6,000 tonnes of plastic profiles are manufactured annually.

We produce profiles with dimensions ranging from 20 mm to 500 mm and weights from 25 g to 4,000 g. In co-extrusion, we use both virgin raw materials and recycled materials.
In addition to manufacturing our own products, we also provide contract manufacturing services.

INJECTION MOULDING

Plastic components are produced using ten injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 60 to 400 tonnes. These machines are suitable for manufacturing products weighing between 2 g and 3,000 g.
We use high-quality raw materials, including PE, PP, PS, PA, POM and ASA.

We manufacture accessories for fixed insect screens, screen doors and roller shutters. We also produce components for other companies and can assist with component design, tooling production and the delivery of high-quality finished products tailored to specific customer requirements.

PROFILE LAMINATION

Our company uses state-of-the-art equipment for profile lamination, ensuring precise and reliable bonding of decorative films to both PVC and aluminium profiles.

We operate two WPR lamination lines capable of processing profiles with widths ranging from 10 mm to 500 mm.

TECHNOLOGY

Renolit or Hornschuch PVC films are laminated onto profile surfaces using a strong two-component polyurethane adhesive. These films are UV-resistant, highly durable and capable of withstanding adverse outdoor weather conditions, ensuring a long service life.

ROLL FORMING OF ALUMINIUM SLATS

The aluminium sheets are first loaded onto an unwinding unit and then cold-formed after preheating. Horizontal cutting machines are used for cutting the sheets. Aluminium slats can be manufactured with or without perforation and can be filled with polyurethane foam according to customer requirements.

ROLL FORMING OF ALUMINIUM ROLLER SHUTTER BOXES

Aluminium roller shutter boxes are roll-formed using Italian NC machinery. The sheets are first cut to the required dimensions and then cold-formed. Standard six-metre profiles are produced and subsequently cut and shaped using bending machines.

SLITTING

CNC BENDING

Slitting is carried out using rotary slitting machines equipped with horizontal cutting blades. The cutting length is unlimited.

Sheet metal is bent using hydraulic CNC machines with working lengths ranging from 1,000 mm to 6,200 mm.

MESH WELDING

PVC strips are attached to both sides of the mesh using a high-frequency welding machine, ensuring excellent durability and a long service life.

The PVC strip on one side secures the shaft, while the strip on the other side secures the hangers. Once welding is complete, the mesh is installed into the roller tube together with the hangers and cut to the required dimensions.

ECCENTRIC PRESSING AND BENDING

Eccentric pressing is carried out on eight presses using a wide range of specialised tools.

Galvanised steel sheets are cut to size, pressed and bent into various shapes, and then formed into their final finished configuration. We manufacture a variety of metal components for automatic systems, assembly sets and injection-moulded products, including U-shaped brackets, mounting brackets, side guides, magnets and reinforcement components.

Waste material generated during the pressing process is transferred to specialised waste-processing facilities.

MANUFACTURING OF PLEATED INSECT SCREENS

Pleated insect screens are manufactured primarily by hand. Each product is custom-made according to the individual requirements of the customer.

The profiles and mesh are cut to size, after which the pleats are created based on precise calculations. Once the chain and cord have been selected, the machine calculates the position of the guiding components according to the height and dimensions of the screen.

The holes are created and the cords are installed manually. Every completed insect screen undergoes thorough testing before delivery.

PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT

PACKAGING
To protect the surface of painted and anodised profiles, we can supply them covered with protective film according to customer requirements.
This helps prevent scratches and surface damage during handling and transportation.

TRANSPORT
Thanks to our own logistics network and vehicle fleet, we ensure that all ordered products are delivered to customers within the agreed timeframe.
